Schumi No Regrets Comeback

Michael Schumacher did not regret the decision to comeback to the Formula 1 racetrack. Although this season failed to appear impressive, he felt his decision was correct.

Schumacher made a surprise decision to return to competition of F1 post-retirement for three years. But he failed to shine with the Mercedes Grand Prix this season and instead unable to compete with his team mate Nico Rosberg.

However, the German racer was not sorry. Seven-times world champion was admitted to enjoy all the choices he has made.

"I loved it. I feel I have a right to do what I enjoy. Will I be criticized because of my reputation, I just felt I was the right decision and I have so much support from the people," said 41-year racer was to CNN, as quoted Autosport.

Schumacher admitted his first season at the Mercedes was not too smooth. However, Schumacher still wants F1 back on the track achievement.

"It's certainly not the way I and many people think. But then there is a team behind me, Mercedes is so strong push, and I no doubt about the success in the future," he continued.

"Of course I want to make a successful comeback. I am just happy if I came back to victory lane with this team. That's why I work. This is the pleasure of passion for Formula 1," due diligence.
